Description of Service
FoundryMate is a free companion overlay for the video game Warframe. It provides tools for tracking inventory, planning progression, optimizing farming routes, simulating builds, and viewing market prices, all within an in-game overlay powered by the Overwolf platform.
Not Affiliated with Digital Extremes
FoundryMate is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Digital Extremes Ltd., Warframe, or any of their subsidiaries. All game content, names, and trademarks referenced within the app are the property of their respective owners.
Not Affiliated with Overwolf
FoundryMate uses the Overwolf/ow-electron platform for overlay and game event functionality. FoundryMate is an independent application and is not developed or maintained by Overwolf Ltd.
Use at Your Own Risk
FoundryMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy of game data, drop rates, market prices, or crafting information
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the app
- Compatibility with future versions of Warframe or the Overwolf platform
Game Data Accuracy
While FoundryMate strives for accuracy, game data (drop rates, crafting costs, mastery values, market prices) may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify critical information through official sources or the Warframe Wiki. The developer is not responsible for in-game decisions made based on information provided by FoundryMate.
Warframe Market Integration
FoundryMate's Warframe Market features connect to the third-party service warframe.market. Your use of Warframe Market through FoundryMate is subject to Warframe Market's own terms of service. FoundryMate is not responsible for Warframe Market's availability, accuracy, or policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FoundryMate, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, currency, or progress.
Intellectual Property
FoundryMate's original code, design, and documentation are the property of the developer. Warframe, its content, and associated trademarks are the property of Digital Extremes Ltd.
Modifications
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be included with the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
You may stop using FoundryMate at any time by uninstalling the app. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.
